The policies aim to set regulatory controls and standards to control the quality of e-learning and training practices. We work to update these policies periodically in cooperation with the concerned and relevant authorities in the Kingdom and to benefit from the best international practices, to ensure the continuity of achieving the standards for controlling the quality of e-training of all types and types.

· These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Virtual Academy of Anatomical Pathology and Cell and Tissue Technology platform.


· By registering on the platform, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you will not have the right to use the services provided by the platform.

· Account creation, registration and payment:

o If you wish to enroll in a paid e-course, you may be asked to provide certain information regarding the purchase and payment process including, but not limited to, your name on the card, credit or debit card number, and the expiration date of your card.

o We have the legal right to determine the payment methods used; You must provide us with your required information provided that it is correct and complete.

o We may use third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to this Privacy Policy.

o The full course registration fee must be paid before the electronic course date.

o Once the course registration procedures are completed and the prescribed fees are paid, registrants will receive immediate notification of the success of the registration process via email along with the purchase invoice.

o We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: unavailability of the course or service, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

o We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or a suspicious or illegal transaction is suspected.



· Registration cancellation and refund:

o If you wish to cancel your registration, you must contact us no later than 7 working days before the start of the course. Your registration fees will be refunded, less an administrative fee estimated at 50% of the registration fees.

o No refunds will be made after the period specified in the previous clause.

o The cancellation request must specify: the name of the registrant, email address, confirmation number, phone number, amount paid, payment receipt, and send cancellation requests to [email protected]

o If the fees for a course are reduced, those who registered for it before the discount are not entitled to claim compensation for the price difference.

o In the event that the event is canceled or postponed by the platform, we are obligated to inform you in advance, and you have the right to recover the registration amount paid either on your bank account or on your wallet on the platform.



Change of terms and conditions:

 

o The Virtual Academy of Anatomical Pathology and Cytotechnology platform alone has the right to change the terms and conditions whenever it deems it necessary. Please always refer to the terms and conditions page to follow updates.
